A Day in the Life
Based in our Mumbai Head Office and reporting to the Modern Trade Business Planning Lead, your key responsibilities include:
• Responsible for management of channel budgets & spends along with delivery of top-line & gross-sale AOP for the year in line with the strategy.
• Development of the right sales forecast & spend budget for the annual and monthly planning cycles for the channel.
• Development & design of the right commercial input levers for the channel within the strategic framework keeping in mind the hygiene in trade.
• Own the end-to-end promotional evaluation cycle; perform pre-event analysis and post-event audits to measure campaign ROI, value uplift, offtake, etc.
• Development & deployment of right analytical tools, insights, and RGM principles to measure & refine strategic commercial inputs & opportunities for business.
• Spotlighting, sizing, GTM development and tracking of new product launches in the channel in partnership with marketing, sales & supply chain teams.
• Development, deployment and refining the right Rewards & Recognition programs for the 3P resources.
• Development of the right enablement tools, tech & non-tech, for increasing efficiency & productivity of the commercial eco-system.
• Development of the right MIS tools, reports & dashboards to assist effective & efficient decision making by all stakeholders.
• Contribute, in required facility, to various Zone & Country commercial projects and reporting.
• Enable, mentor, and develop direct and indirect team members for higher-order future opportunities in the organization.
We Are Looking For
• Education: Master's degree/MBA from a premier business school.
• Data Rigor: Exceptional capability in handling complex retail data, Excel modelling, and PowerPoint reporting.
• Domain Expertise: Highly experienced in sales planning, commercial finance, demand planning within FMCG.
• Strategic Agility: A proactive collaborator who can partner across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive business results.
